Movement Break Challenge
Movement Challenge Questionnaire Feedback
Following one month of our daily movement challenge the Active Schools Committee have undertaken a questionnaire to see how the pupils are feeling after the month. The survey showed us that everybody in the school is enjoying the movement breaks and that most people are finding that they are able to concentrate better after the break. The majority of people thought that 10am is a good time for the break.
The most popular activities are the playground games outside and the gonoodle dances inside.
Lots of good suggestions were made for new activities that we could add to our movement breaks, including dances outside with all the school together , mini matches of basketball/unihoc/soccer and to do some yoga for our movement breaks. So the message here is keep moving to stay motivated.
