We had lots of fun with our Christmas arts and crafts in the run up to Christmas, making snowmen out of stockings and of course making the all important reindeer food for Rudolph and the gang.

The annual carol service took place last night in the local church. The children sang some lovely carols, played their tin whistles and also performed in a nativity play. They were joined on the night by the local parish choir and some past pupils performed also. Everybody enjoyed a nice cup of tea afterwards in the hall.
We had great fun busking at SuperValu, Bunclody. We performed lots of familiar Christmas songs, tunes and poems for all to enjoy. We enjoyed a nice cup of hot chocolate afterwards to warm us up. We had an amazing surprise in Castledockrell NS this morning when Santa took time out of his hectic schedule to come and visit us. the boys and girls were delighted to see him and have a chat. Thank you so much to the Gardai from Bunclody Station who escorted Santa to the school and took time to chat with the children also.
Today we visited the Panto 'Elfie Saves Christmas' in Gorey Little Theatre which was great fun. After that we went to Gorey Tow park for a picnic and some fun in the playground......it was chilly but great fun.
Well done to everybody who participated in this year's Christmas decoration competition, made from recycled materials, they were amazing.
